Rinse the chilled shrimp with boiling water, cool and peel off the shells.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut brie cheese and lightly salted salmon into small pieces.
Wash the dill, salad mix, shake off the water and put it on a paper towel to dry.
In a wide bowl, mix the shrimp, salmon, avocado and cheese.
Add ground pepper, salt, oil and mix.
At the bottom of a wide plate, make a pillow of salad mix.
Put the bulk of the salad on top and sprinkle with chopped dill.
