This time I suggest cooking pancakes with flour and egg. Any lentil will do, the main thing is to boil it in advance. I prefer to use red, because it makes the dough more beautiful. In addition, such lentils are cooked faster than other varieties.
Ingredients
- Red Lentils - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 100 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Baking soda - 0,25 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Water - 450 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the lentils, pour cold water and cook for 20 minutes after boiling. By the end, the liquid should completely evaporate.
Separately mix the egg, sour cream, soda, salt and spices.
Add the cooled lentils, flour and mix until smooth.
Spoon small islands of dough into a well-heated frying pan with oil.
Fry on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Put the finished pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
