In our family, they just love pies. They are eaten instead of bread, while watching TV and are often taken with them for a snack. Accordingly, you have to cook often. I always try to make the fillings very different. Recently I cooked pies with rice and mushrooms. Everyone liked it.

Ingredients

For Dough:
  • Flour - 500 g
  • Milk (warm) – 1 glass
  • Fresh yeast - 20 g
  • Butter - 60 g
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Olive oil (to lubricate the mold) – 1 art.l.
For filling:
  • Rice (boiled) – 1 glass
  • Champignons - 250 g
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix warm milk, yeast, 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp flour.

Cover with a towel and put away for 10 minutes in a warm place.

In a wide bowl, mix the sifted flour, melted butter, salt and the remaining sugar.

Pour in the sourdough and knead the soft dough.

Sprinkle flour on top, cover with cling film and put away for an hour in a warm place.

Chop the champignons and peeled onions.

In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the onion until golden brown.

Add the champignons and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Turn off the heat, add rice, ground pepper, salt and mix well.

Knead the dough slightly, divide into 12 identical parts.

Shape each piece into a flat cake.

Lay out a little filling and seal the edges tightly.

Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, lay out the pies and leave for half an hour in a warm place.

Bake for half an hour in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
