Muffins are not necessarily heavy flour dough with sugar. An amazing base for them is obtained from bananas with nuts. Just choose ripe or even overripe bananas so that they can be properly kneaded.
Ingredients
- Peanut butter - 1.5 glasses
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Apples - 0.5 pieces
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
- Corn Starch - 1 art.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and grate half an apple. Beat eggs and honey with it until smooth.
Mash a banana or chop it with a blender. Mix with the egg mass.
Gradually add the peanut paste, and then soda, baking powder, starch and cinnamon.
At the end, add the chopped nuts and spread the dough on the molds to the middle.
Bake muffins for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
