There are a lot of recipes for banana cupcakes, because it is an excellent base for the dough. And today I want to share with you one of my favorites – with roasted walnuts. The fragrance stands up to the stairwell!
Ingredients
- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Butter - 140 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 200 g
- Walnuts (chopped) – 80 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash bananas in mashed potatoes and mix with melted butter.
Add sugar, salt, baking powder, egg and flour at the end.
Stir, add nuts and stir again.
Put the dough on the molds and bake for about 25-30 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
