Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs lightly with sugar and salt.
Add vanilla essence, warm kefir and mix.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix until smooth. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour a little dough into the center and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
