Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 1 glass
- Kefir (warm) – 180 ml
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Powdered sugar - half a glass
- Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Butter (for frying) – 80 g
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes and place in a deep saucepan.
Add water, brown sugar and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
Mash the pumpkin with a pusher to a puree-like state.
Mix warm kefir, lightly beaten eggs, powdered sugar and salt.
Add pumpkin mass, flour, ground cinnamon and baking powder. Stir until smooth.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
