One of the best combinations for all occasions is chicken with spinach. This time I propose to make such a filling for khachapuri. It turns out very fresh, original and at the same time incredibly satisfying. It is also cooked in a frying pan!
Ingredients
For the dough:
- Milk - 150 ml
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 350 g
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
For filling:
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Spinach - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Combine the dry and wet ingredients for the dough separately from each other, and then mix.
Leave the dough in the heat for an hour, divide into parts and roll out.
Finely chop the chicken or put it through a meat grinder.
Fry it until golden, season, add chopped spinach and fry for another 2 minutes.
Put the filling on the tortillas, collect them in bags and roll them out again.
Fry the khachapuri in a frying pan for 5 minutes on each side.
