This recipe will appeal to lovers of spicy cuisine. Spicy pizza with pickled and fresh pepper is a real flame! And if you want to make the pizza "softer", remove the hot pepper seeds and rinse the pod under running water.

- Salami - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper (fresh) – 1 pod
- Chili pepper (pickled) – 8 pods
- Olives - handful
- Italian herbs - 0,5 tsp.
- Tomato sauce - 5 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sift flour into a wide bowl, add warm kefir, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Lubricate your hands with oil and knead a soft dough.
Chop the salami, olives, peeled bell pepper. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Chop the fresh hot pepper together with the seeds.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake and place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Grease the billet with tomato sauce, arrange the salami, mozzarella, olives, bell pepper and pieces of hot pepper. Sprinkle with Italian herbs.
Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Decorate the finished pizza with pickled pepper and serve it on the table.
