If you like pizza, which has a lot of meat and nothing else superfluous – this is it. You will have to spend a little time on the filling, but it turns out a wonderful hearty dinner for the whole family.
Ingredients
- Kefir - 250 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 300 g
- Baking soda - 1 pinch
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Salami - 80 g
- Minced meat - 80 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Beat the egg with butter, add kefir, mix and combine both masses.
Knead the dough and let it lie down for a while.
Fry the minced meat with onions until tender and season to taste.
Roll out the pizza base, brush with tomato sauce and arrange the mozzarella and tomatoes.
Place the sausage slices and minced meat on top. Bake the pizza in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
