- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tsp.
- Bitter chocolate (grated) – 40 g
- Cocoa - 2 art.l.
- Cottage cheese - 50 g
- Apple juice - 50 ml
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg into a foam with a mixer. It is possible with a sugar substitute.
Mix all the dry ingredients and mix them with the egg mass.
Add grated apple, grated chocolate, cottage cheese, apple juice and butter. Stir again.
Spread the dough on the molds to the middle and bake the muffins in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
