Delicious Thai-style dish. I recommend serving it hot. The original recipe uses hot pepper and fish sauce. I prefer to cook without these ingredients. My salad turns out delicious and at the same time not too spicy.
Ingredients
- Minced pork - 400 g
- Onion (medium) – 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Greenery (any) – 20 g
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 art.l.
- Ground Ginger - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the herbs, peeled onion and garlic.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the minced meat and fry for 15-20 minutes.
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add onion, garlic and herbs.
Add spices, salt and mix well.
