Ingredients
- Beef - 300 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Sesame - 1 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the beef in a whole piece and thinly slice.
Slice the cucumbers with a vegetable peeler, and chop the pepper into thin strips.
Cut tomatoes into slices and lightly fry each. Sprinkle with Italian herbs.
Put all the ingredients on plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pour olive oil with balsamic.
Add a little Dijon mustard.
