The original recipe combines the traditions of European and Asian cuisine. Therefore, even from such a simple ingredient as canned fish, you can prepare a truly unusual salad. You will need quail eggs and a few more ingredients.
Ingredients
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Canned fish - 2 banks
- Quail eggs - 6-8 pieces
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Salad mix - 160 g
- String beans - 170 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Capers - 2 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes after boiling, peel and cut.
Thinly slice the onion, chop the cherry to taste and mash the fish with a fork.
Boil the string beans for 3 minutes in boiling water.
Add olives, capers and chopped chili.
Season the salad with two types of oils and sprinkle with paprika.
