Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the apricots into halves and cover with sugar. Leave it on for 2-3 hours.
Boil them over low heat for 10-15 minutes under the lid, and then whisk with a blender.
Dissolve the agar in water, and during this time boil the apricot puree for another 20 minutes.
Pour in the agar-agar, boil for another 5 minutes and roll the jam into sterile jars.
