Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush, and then dry with a paper towel.
Cut the potatoes into long slices into 6-8 pieces.
Add salt, ground pepper, oregano, olive oil and mix.
Cover the baking sheet with foil and lay out the potatoes in a uniform layer.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle the finished potatoes with chopped garlic.
