Dorado is easy and pleasant to bake in the oven, because it doesn't even need to be disassembled. This fish is most often cooked whole, pre-gutted. I am sharing my favorite recipe, for which you will need some more tomatoes and a convenient glass shape for the size of a fish. Everything will take no more than half an hour!
Ingredients
- Dorado - 3 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Orange - 1 piece
- Thyme - 3 twigs
- Cherry tomatoes - 300 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the fish, make incisions on the sides and rub it with spices.
Cut the orange and lemon into circles, put part of it into the belly of the fish, and put part of it on the bottom of the mold.
Thyme sprigs also put inside the fish and send it to the citrus.
Spread around the cherry and pour olive oil over everything.
Bake the dorado in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
