Lunch time is coming soon, and you still haven't decided what to cook? I propose to fry veal chops today! An appetizing dish can be supplemented with a salad of fresh vegetables, sauerkraut or pickles.
Ingredients
- Veal (clipping) – 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 4 tbsp.l .
- Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsp.l .
- breadcrumbs - 80 g
- Vegetable oil - 70 ml
- Turmeric - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the veal, dry it and cut it across the fibers into pieces about 1 centimeter thick.
Beat off each piece with a hammer on both sides.
Season the resulting blanks with salt and pepper.
Lightly beat the eggs with salt, pepper and turmeric.
Pumpkin seeds dry in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes and pour into the egg mixture.
Pour the flour on a wide plate.
Roll the veal in flour, dip it in egg batter and then roll it in breadcrumbs.
Put the chops on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
