Cottage cheese casserole with blueberries and lavender
Surprise your family with an original breakfast: prepare a cottage cheese casserole with blueberries and lavender. An unusual dessert with a delicious aroma will appeal to everyone. You can decorate it with fresh berries, chocolate glaze or bright sprinkles.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.l .
- Milk - 100 ml
- Lavender (dry) – 1 tsp.
- Blueberries - 1 glass
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Sugar - half a glass
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the lavender with milk and insist for 5 hours.
Strain the fragrant milk through a sieve or a double layer of gauze.
Chop the blueberries with an immersion blender and rub through a sieve to remove the seeds.
Chop the cottage cheese with an immersion blender.
Beat the eggs lightly with sugar and salt.
Mix cottage cheese, lavender milk, vanilla essence, eggs, semolina and mashed blueberries. The resulting mass should stand for 8-10 minutes.
Grease the mold with butter, lay out the curd dough and smooth it out.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
