The easiest way to diversify a classic cottage cheese casserole is to add any favorite dried fruits and nuts to it. And at the same time, this time we will cook it in a slow cooker so that you can clearly see that it is not difficult at all.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Nuts - 60 g
- Dried Fruits - 80 g
- Raisins - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with sugar and eggs.
Mix semolina with sour cream and leave for 5-7 minutes.
During this time, soak the dried fruits in boiling water for the same 5-7 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients and put them in a greased bowl.
Cook the casserole in a slow cooker for 50 minutes in baking mode.
