In this recipe, meatballs are stewed in a mixture of sour cream and meat broth, which makes them very soft and tender. For taste and aroma, be sure to add herbs and spices. If you want a fatter version, you can add a little butter.
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 800 g
- Bell pepper - 0,5 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 7 art.l.
- Meat broth - 1 glass
- Greenery - 0,5 beam
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop all the vegetables and simmer until soft with a little water in a non-stick frying pan.
Let the vegetables cool down a little, mix them with minced meat and season to taste. Form the meatballs.
Heat a glass of broth in a frying pan and send the meatballs into it. Simmer for 20 minutes under the lid.
Add sour cream and chopped herbs, mix gently and simmer for another 15 minutes on low heat. If you need a thick sauce, add flour.
