Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken wings at the joints, rinse and dry thoroughly with paper towels.
Add ground pepper, salt, vegetable oil and mix.
Cover with cling film or lid and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Place the wings on a greased baking sheet, cover with a double layer of foil and bake for half an hour in the oven at 190 degrees.
