If you need to bake several small fish at once, catch a universal recipe. Ready-made trout with greens is perfectly combined with rice, boiled potatoes, fresh vegetables and any other side dish to taste. This is a very good option for a large family or for a festive feast when you need to feed a lot of people.

Ingredients

  • Trout - 8 pieces
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Greenery - 1 bundle
  • Onion - 4 pieces
  • Olive oil - 5 art.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 4 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash and clean the trout. Cut the onion into feathers and put it in the belly.

Rub the fish with spices, transfer to a mold and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Sprinkle all the chopped herbs and arrange the garlic cloves.

Pour oil over the trout and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes under foil and 15 minutes without it.
