Even the usual pork roll can still surprise! I share an old family recipe with sausage and pickled cucumbers. Plus, these are the simplest ingredients that are easy and inexpensive to get. I advise you to serve the roll with ketchup, mustard or homemade gravy.
Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Pickled cucumbers - 150 g
- Sausage - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Spread the pork in one layer, beat it well and sprinkle with spices.
Lay out the cucumbers and sausage coarsely cut into strips.
Roll up the roll and wrap it in foil. Bake in the oven for 2-2.5 hours at 160 degrees.
