I used to often marinate meat in kefir. But one day only sour cream turned out to be in the refrigerator from lactic acid products. Without thinking twice, I decided to use it in the recipe. As a result, the pork kebab on sour cream turned out even tastier than usual. I am sharing my discovery with you.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Prepare pork, cut into small cubes and put in a deep bowl.

Peel the onion and cut into thick rings.

Add onion, sour cream, spices and salt to the bowl with meat. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 10-12 hours.

Put the meat and onion on the skewers. Fry on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning it over often.
