I used to often marinate meat in kefir. But one day only sour cream turned out to be in the refrigerator from lactic acid products. Without thinking twice, I decided to use it in the recipe. Ingredients
- Pork - 2 kg
- Onion - 4 pieces
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare pork, cut into small cubes and put in a deep bowl.
Peel the onion and cut into thick rings.
Add onion, sour cream, spices and salt to the bowl with meat. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 10-12 hours.
Put the meat and onion on the skewers. Fry on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning it over often.
