Ingredients
- Spinach - 120 g
- Fig - 2-4 pieces
- Blueberries - 150 g
- Mushrooms (chanterelles) – 300 g
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the chanterelles, rinse and fry for about 15 minutes until tender.
Put them on spinach leaves, and put blueberries and fig slices on top.
Sprinkle the dish with chopped herbs and rosemary.
For dressing, mix oil, balsamic and soy sauce.
