Chicken fillet is very convenient to stuff – just cut it and open it with a book. The filling includes any vegetables and spices that you like. I offer one of my signature recipes – with mushrooms, bell pepper and fragrant herbs.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Greenery - 0,5 bundles
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the mushrooms and fry them until the liquid evaporates.
Separately fry the pepper until soft and at the end add chopped greens to it.
Make an incision in the chicken fillet so that it can be opened with a book.
Rub the chicken with aromatic spices to taste.
Put the filling inside, distribute evenly and send the fillets to the oven. If it breaks up a lot, you can use a culinary thread.
Bake the stuffed fillet for about 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
