Among all the variations of sour cream I have a few especially favorite. For example, such a Tatar sour cream is very good. It is slightly different from the variations we are used to, and this only decorates it. Catch the repeatedly proven recipe!

Ingredients

For Dough:
  • Flour - 300 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
  • Dry yeast - 0.75 tsp.
  • Milk (or water) – 225 ml
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
For filling:

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix the dry ingredients for the dough.

Pour in warm milk and butter, knead the elastic dough and leave it warm for an hour.

Roll out the dough, put it in a mold and form high sides.

Whisk the ingredients for the filling with a whisk and pour on the base.

Make the sides curly if desired.

Bake sour cream in the oven for about 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
