Ingredients
- Mascarpone - 500 g
- Savoyardi Cookies - 250 g
- Coffee (strong) – 1 cup
- Cognac - 1 tbsp.l .
- Egg whites - 4 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 1 glass
- Cocoa (for decoration) – 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the cooled proteins with powdered sugar until sharp peaks.
Add mascarpone in small portions, gently stirring with a silicone spatula.
Pour the coffee into a wide bowl and mix with cognac.
Carefully pour coffee from a spoon over each cookie. Act quickly and carefully.
Lubricate the bottom of the dishes with a thin layer of cream, lay out the first row of cookies.
Brush with cream again and lay out the soaked cookies. Repeat the steps until the cream and cookies run out.
Smear cream on top and sprinkle cocoa thickly.
Before serving, put the tiramisu in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
