Dry jelly mixes are often sold on supermarket shelves. But today I propose to pass by them and make a light dessert of strawberry juice. The recipe is so simple that you won't want to use semi-finished products anymore.
Ingredients
- Strawberries (fresh) – 400 g
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Water (boiled) – 300 ml
- Sugar - 120 g
- Mint (for submission) – 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the gelatin with cold water and set aside for 15 minutes.
Wash the strawberries, peel them from the stalks and grind them in a blender. Leave a few berries for serving.
Strain the strawberry mass through a sieve to remove the seeds and all excess.
Mix strawberry syrup, sugar and gelatin.
Pour the liquid into the creamers and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
When serving, decorate the dessert with pieces of berries and mint.
