If you like sour cream, catch another proven recipe. This time on a yeast dough. It will take a little more time, because the dough needs to be separated, but otherwise it does not cause any trouble. I'll tell you more later.
Ingredients
For the dough:
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Dry yeast - 5 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Flour - 250-300 g
- Butter - 25 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 2 pinches
For filling:
- Sour cream - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve yeast and a spoonful of sugar in warm milk. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
Mix the melted butter, egg, salt and remaining sugar. Add yeast.
Gradually pour the sifted flour into the dough, knead and leave it warm for an hour.
Roll out the dough into a layer and put it in a mold. Form high sides.
Beat the ingredients for the filling with a mixer and pour over the dough.
Bake sour cream for 45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
