This is a great salad that can be served warm or cold, instead of an appetizer or side dish. Tender young potatoes are best suited for the recipe. If you don't have asparagus at hand, string beans are also enough.
Ingredients
- New potatoes - 200 g
- String beans - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Radish - 100 g
- Asparagus - 70 g
- Dill - 0,5 bundles
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender and cut into medium-sized pieces.
Separately boil the asparagus and string beans until soft – about 5-7 minutes.
Cut the onion into feathers, and the radish into thin circles, finely chop the greens.
Mix all the ingredients and season the salad with olive oil and spices.
