It is best to serve this salad with spicy Japanese mayonnaise. But if there is no such thing – bring the homemade spices to taste. Oddly enough, this sauce is perfectly combined with light and tender crab meat.
Ingredients
- Crab meat - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Dried tomatoes - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Hot red pepper - 1 pinch
- Pickled ginger - 30 g
- Mayonnaise (Japanese) – 2 art.l.
- Parsley - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs and fry in a frying pan something like a scramble, stirring constantly.
Cut the pepper into thin strips.
Chop chili, parsley, ginger and sun-dried tomatoes.
Chop the crab meat and mix the salad. Season to taste.
