Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 400 g
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Cheese (solid) – 50 g
- Lettuce - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Vegetable oil - 4 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken liver and dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out the liver and fry for 8-10 minutes.
Add salt, ground pepper, garlic passed through the press and turn off the heat after 1 minute.
Chop tomatoes and cucumbers, grate cheese on a fine grater.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Mix chicken liver, cucumbers, tomatoes and salad leaves.
Add salt, ground pepper and mix.
Put the salad on a plate, pour soy sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
