Chicken with mushrooms in sour cream sauce is a simple dish that even a novice cook can cook. Any parts of the chicken will do. Mushrooms can also be used any. They can be both fresh and frozen.
Ingredients
- Chicken - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Champignons - 6-7 pieces
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l .
- Meat broth - 1 glass
- Bay leaf - 2-3 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken pieces and cut off all the excess. You can use parts with or without a bone. Send the chicken to fry in vegetable oil.
Finely chop the peeled onion. Wash the mushrooms and also chop them.
Add the onion and mushrooms to the pan, stir and continue to fry everything together for another 7 minutes.
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan. Add sour cream, salt, spices, bay leaf.
Pour in the meat broth (you can also use vegetable broth), stir and cook on low heat under the lid for 20 minutes.
Serve chicken with mushrooms in a deep dish along with fragrant sour cream gravy. Add a few sprigs of greenery.
