- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Barbecue sauce - 200 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them and cut them into joints.
Add salt, ground pepper, barbecue sauce and mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 1.5 hours at room temperature.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the wings and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Gently flip the wings to the other side, brush with the rest of the sauce and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.
