It is known that sour cream softens meat very well. Try adding it to the goulash - even the beef becomes tender and soft. The recipe is very simple, cook it and you will definitely like it!
Ingredients
- Beef (clipping) – 800 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Black Pepper - 5 peas
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Paprika (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, dry it slightly and cut it.
Peel and slice carrots and onions as you like.
In a deep cauldron, heat the oil, pour in the beef and fry until golden brown.
Add the onion and carrot and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Mix tomato paste with sour cream, flour and warm water.
Pour the resulting mixture into the cauldron, add the bay leaf, black and allspice ground in a mortar. Cover with a lid and simmer for 50 minutes on low heat.
Before turning off, add salt and ground paprika.
