Prepare delicious beef patties for lunch or dinner! Since there is also a large amount of chopped onion in the minced meat, the cutlets are very juicy. You can take home-made or store-bought minced meat of medium fat content.

- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Bread (wheat) – 1 piece
- Milk - 50 ml
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 30 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into small pieces, chop it through a meat grinder or using a food processor.
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add finely chopped onion. It can also be crushed in a combine or grated.
Add salt, spices to taste. Beat in a fresh egg.
Soak the bread in milk, then mash it and put it in a bowl with minced meat. You can also twist bread with milk in a blender or combine.
Mix everything thoroughly, remove the minced meat in a cold place for about a quarter of an hour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. With wet hands, form cutlets of any shape and put them in a container. Fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Flip the cutlets to the other side and cover the pan with a lid. Fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve ready-made cutlets hot or warm, with a side dish, salad, vegetables or herbs.
