Another simple recipe for a popular dish. I suggest cooking it in the "Frying" mode in a slow cooker. If it is inconvenient to turn the whole over, divide the omelet in half with a wooden spatula. The halves are much easier to manage.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sour cream - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the eggs, dry them and break them into a bowl.
Add sour cream, salt, ground pepper and mix with a fork.
Use a silicone brush to lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with oil.
Activate the "Frying" mode, pour in the egg mixture and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Gently flip the omelet to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes.
