- Korean carrots - 400 g

- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Spices and seasonings (for fish) – 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the fish from the bones or take the fillet. Rub it with spices and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees in foil.
Cut the fish into strips.
Grate the zucchini on a Korean grater, finely chop the onion and garlic, and mix all the ingredients.
Add spices as needed and drizzle the salad with oil.
