Lovers of seaweed will love this delicious salad. It is prepared in a matter of minutes and always turns out incredibly tasty. I like to add a little lemon zest for flavor, but this ingredient is optional.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (low salt) – 250 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Sea cabbage - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the red fish and peeled eggs.
Chop the seaweed so that the pieces are not too long.
Mix the fish, eggs, seaweed and lemon zest.
Add salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and mix gently.
