I love fragrant soups with mushrooms. Solyanka with honeydew and cabbage has been a constant favorite in our family for many years. To facilitate the process of its preparation, I close such a blank for the winter. Try it and you!
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 1 kg
- Honeydew - 500 g
- Carrots - 400 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Tomato paste - 120 g
- Black Pepper - 8 peas
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 40 g
- Salt - 80 g
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the honeydew thoroughly and soak for 1 hour in cold water.
Chop cabbage, honey mushrooms, carrots and peeled onions.
Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
Add carrots, mushrooms and cook until all the moisture evaporates.
Add cabbage, sugar, salt, spices and water mixed with tomato paste.
Reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and remove from the stove after 1 minute.
Fill clean dry jars and roll up the hodgepodge.
