Blackberries have an expressive, but at the same time very balanced taste. And the jam from it turns out exactly the same. We usually eat it with toast for tea or with ice cream. But somehow I even made berry sauce from it for steaks.
Ingredients
- Blackberries - 300 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Water - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick a berry, rinse it gently, cover it with sugar, add water and mix.
Leave the blackberries for about an hour and a half to let the juice flow.
Mix the jam again with a wooden spoon, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
You can cool the mass and boil it again, but this is not necessary – blackberries are a very delicate berry.
Roll the jam into jars, let it cool and put it away for storage.
