Ingredients
- Spinach - 1 kg
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the spinach and boil in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Flip it into a colander, and then slice it.
Arrange the spinach in sterilized jars, sprinkling salt periodically.
Cover the jars with lids, put them in a saucepan with water and sterilize for another 15 minutes.
Roll up the spinach for the winter.
