Carbonara is a popular Italian dish, quite high in calories, but very tasty. Brisket or bacon can be used for cooking. For filling, you can take parmesan or replace it with any other cheese.

Cook the spaghetti a little earlier in salted water. Cut the bacon into thin strips or cubes. Finely chop the peeled garlic cloves.

Put the bacon and garlic in a preheated frying pan, fry on low heat for 4-5 minutes.

Put a couple of yolks in a bowl and pour in the cream. Throw in a pinch of salt.

Add grated cheddar and mix.

Put the spaghetti in the pan and stir, wait a couple of minutes.

Pour the filling into the pan, mix everything quickly and turn off the heating. Leave the paste under the lid for 5 minutes.

Serve the carbonara hot so that the sauce does not have time to harden. And basil leaves will make the dish more fragrant!
