The texture and taste of draniki determines a lot what kind of grater you use to chop potatoes. If you want to get a golden crisp, you need a side with medium-sized holes.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 5 pieces
  • Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 50 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Grate the potatoes on a medium grater and squeeze out excess moisture.

Add crushed garlic, spices and sifted flour. Mix it up.

Spread a spoon of medium-thick pancakes on a well-heated frying pan with oil and fry evenly on both sides until golden.
