Wash the duck carcass inside and out, dry thoroughly with paper towels.
Cut the duck into small pieces.
In a separate container, mix soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, turmeric, ground pepper and salt.
Add the garlic passed through the press and mix.
Place the duck pieces in a deep bowl.
Pour in the prepared marinade, mix well with your hands, cover with cling film and leave at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.
Transfer the duck to a heat-resistant mold and cover with a double layer of foil.
Bake for 1.5 hours in the oven at 220 degrees, then carefully remove the foil and cook for another 30-40 minutes.
Serve the finished duck to the table with vegetables and fresh herbs.
