For Ribs:
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Salt (large) – 1 tsp.
For the sauce:
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Tabasco - 2 drops
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork ribs and dry them with paper towels.
Rub salt thoroughly on all sides and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
Mix butter, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, sugar and garlic passed through a press.
With the resulting sauce, grease the ribs on all sides, put on foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
