You can cook potatoes with champignons in different ways: fry, stew or bake. And you can not just bake it, but send it to the oven in closed ceramic pots. So it turns out even more tender and tastier than in the sleeve!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 600 g
  • Champignons - 400 g
  • Greenery - 0.5 beam
  • Water - 300 ml
  • Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Coarsely chop the mushrooms and lightly fry in olive oil.

Cut the potatoes into medium pieces, chop the greens, put everything in pots and season.

Add a little water and bake for 70-80 minutes at 180 degrees.
