Cottage cheese casserole with apples with semolina in the oven
If you want to make a quick and healthy dessert, then a curd casserole with apples in the oven is an ideal option. Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content, drier and wetter. I share a step-by-step recipe!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (grainy) – 350 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Brown Sugar - 2-3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Apples - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Semolina - 4 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour fresh cottage cheese into a deep bowl. Beat in the egg.
Add brown (or white) sugar, as well as a pinch of salt.
Add semolina and sour cream of medium or low fat content. Mix everything thoroughly.
Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater, put it in a bowl. Stir again.
Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Transfer the curd mass into the mold and smooth it out. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Let the finished casserole cool slightly and stabilize. Then cut it into pieces and serve it with berries, sweet sauces, sour cream.
